Dissemination, Communication ans Exploitation Plan for the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence Border and Regional Studies Institute (BARI)

The activity aims to ensure effective communication and dissemination of the results of the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence BARI. Its objectives include increasing the visibility of EU support, promoting knowledge on borders and cross-border cooperation, strengthening dialogue between academia, public authorities and civil society, and building the long-term impact and institutional recognition of BARI at regional, national and international levels.

The activity involves the project coordinator and research team of the University of Opole, academic staff and researchers, students, secondary school pupils, senior learners (University of the Third Age), local and regional authorities, non-governmental organisations, policy makers, and residents of the region interested in cross-border and regional issues.

The main outcomes include the development and implementation of a coherent communication and dissemination framework, the use of both existing and newly created communication channels (website, LinkedIn profile, media relations), regular information flows about project activities, and increased accessibility of research results tailored to different target groups.

As a result of the activity, the project ensures systematic dissemination of research findings, policy recommendations and educational activities, enhanced visibility of the European Union’s role in supporting cross-border cooperation, strengthened engagement of stakeholders, and reinforced positioning of BARI as a specialised centre of excellence in border and regional studies with sustainable communication channels beyond the project duration.
