Today we had the opportunity to listen to a guest lecture by Professor Monika Kostera titled Management for the Common Good.
During the lecture, Professor Kostera explained the category of the common good and the need to adapt the management model to what is managed (in particular, the common good), she also drew attention to the need to use reflexivity in the spirit of responsibility and to take into account the complexity of the problems of socio-political reality, reaching for models from alternative organizations.
We would like to thank all those present, and especially the Professor, for an inspiring meeting!
